Beer Description
This sweet heat comes from South America. Aji Amarillo, or yellow pepper, is a unique hot pepper grown in the Andes of Peru. This beer is a fun, friendly, fruity American Pale Ale with a light malt backbone that expresses the tremendous flavors of Aji Amarillo peppers married with a combination of Centennial and Cascade hops. The finish is refreshingly dry with just a hint of spice from the peppers that warms your palate and invites another sip.
