Beer Description
Northeast Texas IPA is our version of an American IPA. The combination of Mosaic, Trident, and El Dorado hops produce a citusy and candied hop aroma with notes of stone fruit and melon. We used a simple grain bill to allow the hops to shine and give the beer a crisp, refreshing finish perfect for our warm weather in Texas. Northeast Texas IPA is fermented with a neutral American yeast strain and clarified to give a crisp drinkability.
