Beer Description
For our collaboration with Dominion Wine and Beer and Downtown Crown, Citragon, we explore the many angles of Citra. After a big oat base, we used Citra Lupomax, Citra Incognito, and Citra T90’s for the whirlpool with a Citra Lupomax, Citra T45, Citra T90, and a whisper of Citra Terpenes for the dry hop.
Pouring a saturated hazy yellow, we get aromas of passion fruit smoothie and Valencia orange wedges, which lead into creamy flavors of fresh squeezed homestyle OJ, mango chunks, pineapple custard, apricot, lychee, and our assorted melon #EQjuice all wrapped up in a smooth melted creamsicle finish and hop forward bite. This beer truly shows off the multiple angles and planes of the Citra hop.
