Beer Description
Plantwagen is a collaboration with the Prairie Schooners Homebrew Club of Springfield, IL. Plantwagen is a Northern German Pilsner where we blended German and Czech malt in a five-step mash. Traditional German noble hops along with modern German hops were added throughout the boil to create a beer that is refreshing with a prominent floral flavor that fades into a crisp and refreshing dry finish at a sessionable 5.1%.
