We partnered with the incredible Strangebird from Rochester to create this intricate Belgian Golden Ale with a touch of lemongrass, elderberry, and brewed with Strangebird’s house Belgian yeast strain. The final monstrous creation is a nuanced, crisp, layered palate of gentle esters, green banana, citrus peel, bready malts, and a spritzy finish.
