Beer Description
Bavarian-style full-bodied hefeweizen. Unfiltered and true to tradition, this hefeweizen is brewed with wheat, pilsner malt, and German hops. The yeast used in this recipe creates a light-tasting beer with aromas of bananas and cloves. Named after the German shepherd dog that is always looking to greet Muffler Klaus.
