Purple Pina Colada anyone? This one is a stunner- and not just because it is purple, but because it delivers such a unique drinking experience. We applied our usual, somewhat irresponsible, amounts of pineapple and coconut- but the real star of the show is Ube. It adds intriguing nutty and vanilla-like notes that are hard to describe. Imagine if Orgeat had a wild cousin who ripped around on a big purple motorcycle, in a bright purple jacket…his curly locks fluttering in the wind… and you might be getting close.
