Beer Description
A collaborative effort with our friends at The Beer Shop in East Longmeadow, MA. A Saison with a hint of peach- the peach basket is a symbol of basketball’s birth in Springfield Massachusetts.
In the cold of winter, we visited the folks at The Beer Shop in East Longmeadow, who expressed interest in brewing a saison for the springtime. This saison is brewed in the tradition of early French/Belgian saisons made on the farms. We added 40+ pounds of peaches and apricots to the boil to add an essence of flavor, aroma, and just the perfect amount of citrus that makes this brew special. We use the peach basket as a symbol of basketball’s birth in Springfield Massachusetts.
