Beer Description
This year’s batch is an Imperial IPA featuring custom malted Tennessee grown two-row barley, de-bittered Centennial hop extract, Columbus Cryo hops, and traditional Chinook and Talus hop pellets. The result is an IPA with big, juicy, tropical flavors and aromas of papaya, mango, and citrus, underscored by a subtle sweetness.
