Clay Wings is a new 6% ABV NE style IPA brewed with our friends at Icarus. Named for both breweries (clay for Brix and wings for Icarus), this new brew features a Double Dry Hopping of Motueka, Citra Cryo, and a new hop both of us are using for this first time – Superdelicâ„¢. Pouring a yellow-orange color, we’re getting notes of sweet OJ, freshly squeezed lime juice, ripe mango, and juicy berry medley.
