A first ever for Fifth hammer to brew a beer made using White Koji, Of Rice and Zen is an extra special release. Koji is a traditional Japanese fermentative used heavily in sake production. The resulting beer is crisp with a light acidity and notes of lychee and citrus. This beer will turn your concrete jungle into a zen garden
