Beer Description
Way back when, the crew from Modist was up here for Foolers’ Ball and we decided to smash our goofy heads together to brew a beer. We both love traditional lagers but we both also have these terrible urges to do weird shit and kick tradition to the curb. Those impulses lead us to dreamed up and schemed up Clean Up Crew using a very special new lager yeast that cranks out thiols like it’s nothing we’ve seen before. So yeah, it’s a Thiolized Lager that’s razor crisp and loaded with notes of funky white grape, guava, passionfruit, and ripe cantaloupe. It’s like if we took a nice, normal, traditional lager and then sucker punched with a pile of strange new and fruity flavors. Sorry, not sorry.
