True to its tasting notes of Nectarine, Red Plum and White Grapefruit, Peacharine is full of bright high notes while showing great depth and a sense of completeness β a balance of qualities we rarely find in a hop.
The next hop to be featured in Roam, our rotating, single-hop Pale Ale is Peacharine from the fields of Freestyle Hops in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. Still an experimental variety, weβre immensely grateful for the opportunity to work with this beauty of a hop.
