Beer Description
Get your hands on the juice! This double IPA, conceptualized with our friends at Microbrasserie Jackalhop, is packed with hops in almost every form they come in: Citra Incognito (liquid hop extract), Citra Cryo (concentrated hop pellet), Mosaic Cryo, Cascade T90 (standard hop pellet), and then we added Phantasm powder (Google it! It’s a lot to explain A ), and then fermented all that with a modified yeast strain to accentuate tropical fruits like mango and pineapple, to name a couple! The result is a silky smooth IPA flexing a huge tropical fruit salad aroma and bulging with stacks on stacks of fruits and candy on the palate. Lifting your glass often to smell and taste may not get you ripped in time for the summer, but maybe lifting a case of cans might help! Results may vary.
