Fieldwork Subsonic Speeds

One of our favorite things about what we do is the variability of working with agricultural goods; each year we descend on the Pacific Northwest to see what kind of tasty treats they have in store for us, and this crop year was one for the record books. We stumbled across a tiny new farm and found what we can only describe as the most insanely boisterous and juicy Centennial hops we have ever smelled, and some of the most picture perfect Mosaic. It was a no-brainer to combine these two lots in gargantuan amounts to completely saturate Subsonic Speeds with these world class small batch hops. Fortunately for us, we were able to. buy up the rest of these lots so we will have enough to keep this DDH Westcoastie flowing for the next couple of years.
