El Dorado, Mosaic, Idaho 7
This oil laden IPA is taking science to a new level. Using the lasted in hop research and applying new products to create something magical. We utilized some beautiful aromatic hop oils in the kettle to maximize flavor and aroma, used an updated double dry hop technique, and a heavy dose of pellet hops before packaging to make this WC pop. Layers of ripe pineapple, pear, stone fruit, and pine.
