Beer Description
This started as a blend of What Lurks In The Dark Imperial Oatmeal Stout and Imperial Jones Dog Milk Stout.
A brainchild born with Owen & Engine, the idea was to turn the old concept of ‘Tonic Stout’ and turn it on it’s ear. It was then aged in a Journeyman Distilling barrel that had previously held gin for 6 months. Finally, 4 days before packaging, we added cinchona bark, lavender, and lemongrass to give it a tonic bite. Perfect for after a big meal.
