Beer Description
This monster malty mother was brewed using a modified decoction mash, then fermented with our house ale yeast strain for fruitiness, followed by our house lager strain for a clean, smooth finish. We’ve taken everything we love about the traditional German altbier but rewired the circuitry, rendering a brand-spankin’ new, updated version.
