Beer Description
This saison is as unique as the song itβs named after. Pilsner, wheat and rye make up the malt bill. It is hopped with the Tettnanger and a New Zealand hop called Wakatu, which contributes a fruity pear & orange character to the beer. Grains of paradise are added to complement the spicy notes from the yeast. We used a yeast strain from Community Cultures harvested from the Chisos mountains, which provides a distinctive flavor profile.
This is a beer for all the Elder Emos out there.
