Beer Description
Kveik (pronounced: K-VIKE) this Nordic Ale is infused with Lemon zest, Lemon verbena, and sage. Kveik refers to the strain of yeast used in the brew; this yeast strain is a collective term for a family of strains of brewing yeast that has been used in Norwegian farmhouse brewing for generations.
This light bodied brew, delicate lemon aroma on the nose and on the palate, this multi-dimensional brew is truly not to be missed.
