Beer Description
Two years ago we brewed a delicious massive chocolate imperial stout and laid it to rest in 7-year Weller and 4-year Whiskey Acres Bourbon Barrels. The resulting blend is a decadent stout filled with complex roasted layers of chocolate, fudge, burnt sugar, and vanilla with a pronounced bourbon barrel flavor and aroma brought by the younger barrel.
