Moonray is a chocolate orange Weizenbock; the beer’s flavors were inspired by the chocolate oranges found in many a Christmas stocking of yore.
As a dark wheat beer, calling the brew Moonray also serves to give a little hat tip to Sunray Wheat, a summer seasonal.
