Beer Description
Brewed with rice and Pilsner malt. Hopped with Sorachi Ace in the whirlpool, a hop developed for Sapporo. Notes of citrus, yuzu, on the nose. Light in body, subtle minerality. Thirst quenching, easy drinking. Finish with light herbal notes of jasmine tea.
