Beer Description
She glows a beautiful, hazy straw colour in the glass, with the hops leaping out! Big complementary aromas of blueberry and papaya are front and centre, with ripe fleshy pineapple and a background grapefruit character in the palate. Soft and juicy
We reworked the past favourite Day Dapple, changing up the grain bill but keeping our foot all the way down on the Mosaic and Galaxy dry hops!
