Beer Description
Thirst quenching and extremely easy drinking, aromas of fresh cut cucumber and limeade are met with flavors of clean citrus, cucumber lime juice, lemon lime spritz, and cucumber margarita with a hoppy brightness and a snappy dry finish.
Cucumber Science is the next iteration in our experimental pilsner series. This version was built to highlight the refreshing nature of cucumber with a pinch of lime. Starting off with an experimental pilsner yeast, maize, and Motueka as the base, we finished this beer with cucumber juice, lime juice, and lime zest. This is the beer we will crush the most during these next few weeks of summer.
