Virgo IIPA was brewed with a base of pale barley malts layered generously with fluffy, protein-rich wheat and oats. It was hopped in the whirlpool with Cryo Citra and then dry hopped twice, first with more Cryo Citra, then with Australian Galaxy, Citra, and New Zealand Pacific Sunrise. You can expect a beautifully hazy, light yellow-orange brew teeming with delicious hoppy aromas, that drinks with a soft, medium body, low levels of perceived bitterness, and a finish that bursts with juicy, fruity, hop flavors. We get notes of peach gummy rings, mango smoothie, tropical fruit punch, orange creamsicle, passion fruit juice, lychee, and pink grapefruit.
