Beer Description
Brewed with corn & rice and fermented with the same “pseudo-lager” yeast strain that we used in Tiny Toupée, this version of Evolver is a bright, dry and snappy pure hop expression of HBC 586, Motueka, Triumph, Citra & Azacca. Flavors of fresh cut mango and pithy lime are driving the bus here.
