Beer Description
This Piquette is handcrafted with Pomace from our neighboring wineries over Paso Robles: Alta Colina, Booker, Desparada, Fableist, Field Recordings, Giornata, Herman Story, Levo, Sans Liege, and Villa Creek. Equal parts Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, Albarino. Pomace was stepped for 3 to 7 days depending on the variety and then pressed. Tasting Notes: Candied raspberries, Bonne Maman mixed fruit preserves, lavender and sage. 12% alcohol.
