Beer Description
The use of multiple varieties of crystal (aka. caramel) malts gives this ale a huge amount of malt depth.
This ale is a nod to the Northwestern states. Brewed to 6.6% abv and 45ibu this is a robust sunset red colored ale. Malt flavors of toffee, caramel and sugarcane bring a sweetness to the large amount of hops used in this ale that is hard to achieve. This ale has a juicy fruit like hop flavor and a dank evergreen and grapefruity aroma. Recommended pairings, burgers, spicy food, vinegerette salad.
