Beer Description
All German ingredients, malt, hops and yeast; we lager it for 5 weeks and dry-hop it with very traditional hops, Mittelfruh and Saaz to add some noble citrus to the mix of hay, toasted cracker and crisp flavor.
Our house lager and the beer that we always try to keep on tap here. We think its a true representation of our talent, execution and personality.
