Sunrise Island, our new 8.4% Imperial IPA, was hopped in the kettle with Simcoe and hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Mosaic. Then we dry-hopped with more Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe and two new additions of HBC-586 and Nelson Sauvin.
