The sixth installment in our collaboration series with Chef Stephanie Izard is a Belgian Farmhouse Ale spiced with her “Rub Number 2” available at her ‘Little Goat’ restaurant! Black pepper, Thai chillies, cumin, mustard seed, cardamom, star anise, cloves, and cinnamon! Wow-the beer pairs amazingly with multiple foods or is just great on its own!
