Beer Description
A malt forward lager, inspired by the more Munich-heavy Oktoberfest iterations of Germany. Brewed through our own lens utilizing a single decoction on a light and darker Munich-heavy grist of barley 100% grown and malted at @rabbit_hill_malthouse, Einfach is a comforting hug of seasonally appropriate layers of warm rye breads, malted milk, fresh toffee, malt-derived dark fruit/black cherry, and a pleasant though less-than-true-to-traditional-style balancing bitterness.
