Beer Description
NIGHT is a 6% Mango Lassi beer created in collaboration with The M. Night Shyamalan Foundation
To make this beer, we started with our sour/tart Neck of the Woods base and achieved the perfect tartness. Then, we added high-quality mango puree from the region near the “El Nevado del Ruiz” Volcano in Colombia.
For the Indian yogurt flavor, we used Oatly Non-Dairy Vanilla soft serve, making it dairy/nut/gluten-free and vegan-friendly. We rounded out the flavor with cardamom.
