Beer Description
Our take on a Belgian-style witbier. Brewed with local raw wheat, sweet orange peel and flowering coriander from our friends at Dandelion Spring Farm. The coriander was cut fresh and dropped in the boil hours later, providing a citrusy and herbal character to the beer.
