Utilizing a water profile between what we typically do for either of the two with a fairly balanced sulfite to chloride ratio & a tightly knit combo of Strata, Mosaic, Talus, Simcoe & El Dorado Cryo that will have you in stitches.
Combining some of our favorite elements from West Coast & New England style IPAs with comically drinkable results.
