Beer Description
The smell was pretty one-dimensionally ginger, and the taste was also much less complex than the Lehigh. There was some funk there, some spice, some caramel malt, and some ginger, but the ginger was not overpowering at all. The last taste in my mouth was much more caramelly than gingery—the ginger sort of came in in the middle. The mouthfeel was perfect for this beer—creamy with lovely carbonation—and that contributed to a high drinkability.
