Beer Description
Tart Lemon Dill Saison
This is an old favorite our brewer Zach created while working with his good pals at Forest & Main. Brewed with a mix of grains and lots of our house aged hops then fermented in stainless steel. Reconditioned on a lemon-dill oleo saccharum. On an early spring morning the mountain sky opens up and a pleasant drizzle falls as fine as powdered white pepper. Upon returning home gin martinis are stirred and garnished with preserved lemon, a total treat paired with spears of fresh cucumber while sitting next to the bouquet of flowers you decided to feed milk instead of water
