Beer Description
This special beer aged in three different spirit barrels: bourbon, then brandy, then PX Sherry. Each time we transition the beer to the next barrel we leave some behind to blend into future anniversary beers adding additional age and complexity to each subsequent year. That means this year’s Seven started its barrel journey nearly 5 years ago .
