Beer Description
Post Up Saison was born out of experimentation with a recipe that features the same exact malt bill and hopping scheduled as our Post Up Pils, but fermented with a Belgian Saison Yeast. The result is an equally bright beer with a character all its own. The inviting aroma of orange zest and spicy noble hops set the stage for a lighter bodied and effervescent beer with a crackery malt backbone, citrus fruit flavors, earthy hop character, and a peppery finish. Post Up Saison shows just how important each piece of a beer can be. With just one change, our brewers have crafted a whole new experience that’ll pique your interest and quench your thirst
