Beer Description
This IPA is made with a single hop variety, not surprisingly…Simcoe. Simcoe hops are a relatively unique hop with flavors and aromas of passion fruit, pine and citrus. This beer is all about the hops so it has a relatively light body with just enough residual sweetness to counter the 70 IBUs of hop bitterness. This beer has a distinct pine and passion fruit aroma with an earthy citrus flavor. The Simcoe hop is a beautiful hop and this beer presents it wonderfully!
