A blend of Imperial Stout resting more than 1 year in Willet Rye and Willet Bourbon casks were carefully selected to prioritize warming spices and caramelized dark sugars.
Rye Whiskey Barrel and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

And we rest firmly inside the choking grip on our conviction of thought. This newest stout encompasses a bold and yet so simple way to look at the abundance of seasonally-inspired flavors. A blend of Imperial Stout resting more than 1 year in Willet Rye and Willet Bourbon casks were carefully selected to prioritize warming spices and caramelized dark sugars. The final composition of this barrel blend favors the Rye Whiskey barrels, lending baked pecan pie, creme brulee topped in vanilla cream, and dark chocolate dipped dried dates and fig.
