Beer Description
Premium pilsner malt and 20% American grown long grain rice, it was brewed traditionally using a cereal mash, and hopped with both Noble and American hop varieties, before being allowed to age at 0 degrees for a month. You’ll get notes of crisp cracker, light citrus and fresh cut grass. Fermented with a new Swiss lager strain for a clean, refreshing, almost…neutral, fermentation flavor profile. This one drinks real nice!
