Let’s just clear this up on the front end, ""Rot"" is German for ""Red."" Hailing from northern Bavaria, Rotbier brings what you like from a Märzen but bumps up the maltiness a couple notches. A little Saaz to round everything out and you have an easy drinking malt forward lager with the kind of balance that keeps you coming back for more.
