Beer Description
Inspired by Kills Boro’s “All of the Above” Triple IPA, One of the Above is a lower-ABV version brewed utilizing our house yeast, a scaled down grain build, Centennial Salvo in the whirlpool, and a huge Double Dry Hopping of Strata, Galaxy, and Cryo Pop™. Pouring a bright golden-yellow color, were getting tropical notes of fruit punch that flows into fresh passionfruit, strawberry jam, Navel oranges, and stone fruit.
