Beer Description
This dessert-themed DIPA starts with a Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hop bill before being conditioned on hundreds of pounds of peach puree and Madagascar vanilla. Milkshake-like flavors of Grovestand OJ, drippy peach flesh, orange creamsicles, and bowls and bowls of Grandma’s peaches and cream lead to a custard-like, luscious mouthfeel that we think Einstein would have loved. This beer does not contain lactose!
