Forest and Main False Peaks

A lot of hoppy ales leave the malt character quietly in the background, but this one has some beautiful depth that really pops. We brewed this with barley, dark rye malt, and some crystal malt. It pours a lovely brick color with ample clarity. We excitedly hopped and dry hopped False Peak singularly with Cascade. This beer can really make you feel good about yourself and it is sure to impress your friends. We’re getting notes of strawberry citrus jam, peeling oranges and the juice spraying you lightly, Boulder Colorado, dried fruit trail mix, resiny pine, old person candies, and just plain classy hoppy beer.
