Introducing the third installment of our Slangin’ Science series! This week’s experimental hop is Yakima’s new Mosaic 702, which we brewed along with Citra and HBC586. Expect everything you love about how we use Mosaic but with a more intense kick. Notes of sweet fruit, berries, and a woody aromatic, we’re always looking for new ways to sling more science!
