Visiting Andrew and Sally’s new space at Leveller brewing brought on waves of remembrance from the beginning times here at Burial. Farmhouse ales, warm welcomes, and authenticity expertly captured. It only felt natural to bring a joint work into this world. A blend of old and new, this table beer was brewed with 100% Riverbend malt and raw wheat before being fermented with a blend of Leveller and Burial house saison yeasts before dry hopping with a small amount of hand selected Simcoe hops to create an inviting offering of bright tropical funk, swirling aromatics of pastoral hayfields, and dollops of refreshing lemon curd all wrapped up in a sessionable 3.7% package
