This beer is not super sweet tart raspberry,with a small whitish head atop that stays as a subtle layer, laces small overall.The taste was similar notes, with a pleasant, continuing tartness, and complementary dryness to the finish. Enjoyed experiencing a good part of the evolution of this tasty, and pleasantly palate cleansing Fruit Beer.Just hoping for a bit more Brett in future batches.
